外籍華人在武漢如何辦理中國簽證

如果在武漢的外籍華人需要由于工作內需要，需要辦理5年以內多次出入境簽證的話，辦理時需要帶哪些證件，辦理地點、辦理時間、辦公時間，一起來了解辦理簽證信息。

一、Service Object

對來本地探望親屬、洽談商務、開展科教文衛交流活動及處理私人事務的外籍華人。

Foreign Chinese who comes to visit relatives, negotiate business, carry out exchange activities on science, education, culture and health or deal with private affairs.

二、Application materials

1、提交填寫完整的《外國人簽證證件申請表》及申請人近期2寸半身正面免冠照片1張;

1. Submit the completed Foreigner Visa Application Form and one recent 2-inch full-face, half-length bareheaded photo of the applicant;

2、提交本人有效護照及簽證證件原件復印件，交驗境外人員臨時住宿登記單原件(由本市賓旅館或住宿地派出所出具);

2. Submit the original copies and photocopies of valid passport and visa, hand over the original temporary residence registration form of the overseas personnel for examination (the registration form shall be issued by the hotel or the police station of the accommodation location in the city);

3、提交申請人曾經擁有的中華人民共和國護照、戶籍、身份證等可證實曾經具有中華人民共和國國籍的材料復印件，或提交武漢市人民政府外事僑務辦公室出具的外籍華人證明函原件;

Submit the photocopies of the documents which can prove that the applicant was citizen of PRC, such as the passport, household registration and ID card of PRC that the applicant once owned, or submit the original foreign Chinese certificate issued by Foreign & Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Wuhan Municipal Government;

4、提交與申請事由相符的相關證明材料：

4. Submit the documentary evidence related to the application:

① 申請探親類的簽證，需提交被探望直系親屬的邀請函件、關系證明，及其親屬在漢常住的居住證明和身份證明原件及復印件;

① For application of family visit visa, the letter of invitation of the immediate family member that the applicant intends to visit and the certificate proving their relationship as well as the original and photocopies of permanence residence certificate in Wuhan and the identity certificate of the family member shall be submitted;

② 申請洽談商務、科教文衛體等交流活動的簽證，需提交相關主管部門出具的證明或邀請函件;

② For application of the visa for business negotiation and technological, educational, cultural and health exchange, the certificate or letter of invitation issued by the relevant competent authority shall be submitted;

③ 申請私人事務類的簽證，需提交與申請事由相符的相關證明及申請函件和擔保證明;

③ For application of the visa for private affairs, the certificate and application letter as well as the guarantee certificate related to the application shall be submitted.

5、出入境管理機關認為有必要提交的其他申請材料。

5. Other application materials needed to be submitted in the opinions of exit-entry administration organization.

三、Application time limit

可以申請5年以內多次出入境簽證。

Can apply for multi-entry visa of five years or less.

辦結時限：自受理之日起7個工作日內辦結。

Time required to complete the processing: Complete within seven working days from the date on which the application is received.

四、Charging Standard

詳見對等國家簽證收費標準，非對等國家簽證收費標準，國家計委、財政部(計價格【2003】392號)

五、Time for accepting application

周一至周五 9:00—12:00 13:30—17:00

Monday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 13:30-17:00

周六 9:00—16:00(僅限武漢市公安局出入境管理局)

Saturday: 9:00-16:00 (only the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau)
